There is a major frequency shift happening.
The series of liturgies at each year's Chicago Equinox Goddess Festival prepare us for what is happening now, and for what will come.
Here is excellent information by Aluna Joy Yaxk'in in her series of essays Working With The Creative Force -The New Frequencies that describes the impulse behind selecting this particular liturgy for the 2011 Festival:
"We are in a shift of the ages. The future outcome will be like the catastrophe at the end of the age of Atlantis. This shift IS NOT the end of the world . . . although, for people out there that are still attached to this current world, it will seem like the end of the world to them. It won't be so difficult for us, because we already have our sights on something much bigger and brighter. We have been letting go of the old world, and have been dreaming the new one . . . for years! So, how we are going to experience the shift just depends on what we are attached to and what future vision we hold in our hearts...
We are starting to manifest this new world right now. We feel we have been waiting and dreaming this new world. The truth is that in doing this "dreaming and wishing", we have actually been creating a new paradise in spirit. Everything in manifested form is always created in spirit first. Without knowing it, we have been germinating a paradisiacal Eden . . . a seed of which the new world will immerge. This is the world that we have been waiting for. It is the one we create in our hearts. "
